My ‘The bump is a girl / boy’ card is a lovely card to send to a friend who has just found out the gender of her baby. However, it is most often bought as a way to reveal the gender of a baby to friends and family.

I know that couples have also given both of these cards to their sonographer and asked them to put the relevant card in the envelope so that the gender can be revealed at a later time. This was particularly popular during lockdown when partners couldn’t attend scans, but is a really nice way to share that special moment with friends or family.

This minimalistic card features an elegant sans serif typeface in charcoal grey for the text ‘the bump is a’. The gender is displayed in a beautiful handwritten style typeface, pink for a girl and blue for a boy.

I have also included the option to have ‘the bump is twins’ if you are looking for a way to share that incredible news to friends or family.

These personalised cards are A6 in size and come with a brown kraft envelope or a storm grey peel and seal envelope for a little bit of extra luxury.
