Do you have a minimum order?

For invitations and save the dates I have a minimum order quantity of forty, as this allows me to keep my prices competitive for you. If you want less than forty, then please contact me here and I can provide you with a personalised quote.

How do I order?

To make it easier for you to order your invitations I have added each element in each house collection to a shop section of my website. That way you can order your invitations quickly and easily, but if you need help with something or have a question then please get in touch with me. Can I order a sample?

I recommend ordering a sample before you order your wedding stationery, that way you can see the colours, the print finishes and the quality. Samples can be ordered on my websitehere.

What is the difference between bespoke and semi-bespoke?

With semi-bespoke wedding stationery you select a style from my house collection as a starting point and then you can personalise it and make it unique to you by changing elements such as the wording, the colours and the finishing touches.

Bespoke stationery will involve me working closely with you to create a completely unique wedding suite to your specifications. This option gives you a very personal service, due to the time this takes it is a more expensive option than semi-bespoke and needs to be booked further in advance.

What is included in the semi bespoke collections?

My house collections have been designed to give you a comprehensive overview of the stationery elements you can include within your invitations. You can choose exactly which elements you want to include, if there is anything extra that isn’t listed on my website please get in touch with mehereand I can help you.

What envelopes are included?

I have a range of envelope colours for you to choose from. Our most popular colours are sage green, almond and dove grey. Alternative envelope colours are available, please contact me here and I can discuss options with you.

What paper do you use?

I am very particular about the paper I use and have carefully selected premium heavyweight paper with a beautiful texture to use for each suite. It is all FSC certified and sustainably sourced.

How much will it cost?

Bespoke wedding stationery is priced on request. The prices for all of the items in each semi-bespoke collection can be found on the order page. Optional extras and upgrades are priced on request.

How long will it take?

For semi-bespoke orders from my house collections it usually takes between three to six weeks from placing your order to delivery.

Completely bespoke orders take longer and this is usually between six to twelve weeks, depending on the number of elements and the printing techniques you have chosen.

Regardless of if you have bespoke or semi-bespoke stationery I will keep you updated on every step, so you know exactly what is happening and when you can expect your stationery to arrive.

I need my invitations urgently can you help?

If you need your invitations produced urgently I may be able to help, but this will be dependant on my availability, please contact me here to check my availability before ordering your stationery.

When should I send my invitations out?

Save the dates are generally sent between eight and twelve months before the wedding. Wedding invitations can then be sent at least two months before your wedding date.

If you haven't sent out any save the dates, then your wedding invitations should be sent out between four and six months before your wedding date. If you are having a destination wedding then you should consider sending them out earlier to allow people enough time to plan.

How many invitations will I need?

I recommend putting together a comprehensive guest list before ordering you stationery to ensure you know exactly how many invitations you need. Don't forget that you only need one invitation per household, but you might want to order a few extra to ensure you have some spares and you have one to keep.

Can you copy a design?

I am happy for you to show me images of wedding stationery that you like, this will help me understand your style, but I won’t copy someone else’s design. If you want a particular design I recommend getting in touch with the designer who created it.

Can you create on the day stationery?

I can create on the day stationery, (such as table numbers, table plans etc) to match your wedding stationery, please contact me here to discuss your requirements.

Can you assemble my invitation suite?

Yes I can assemble your wedding stationery, so it's ready to send out when you receive it. This is not included within the price as standard and will be priced on an individual basis depending on number of invitations and elements.

Can you ship Internationally?

I am able to ship internationally, but please contact me for details regarding delivery before placing your order.
