Dispatch Times

Please allow 1-3 business days for me to create and pack your order ready to be dispatched. This may be increased at busier times of year.

Delivery

All of my items come with free UK delivery, this is a Royal Mail Second Class delivery which usually takes 3-5 working days. If you are in a hurry to receive your order you can upgrade to Royal Mail First Class delivery at the checkout for just £1. You can also put a note on your order and I will do my best to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible.

Unfortunately I cannot be held responsible for orders which are not received by the date you require them, so please leave enough time for your order to be made, packed and delivered.

International Shipping

Due to the added complications with international shipping because of Brexit I have made the difficult decision to suspend international shipping and will only be shipping to the UK from my website.

However, If you aren't in the UK you are able to purchase my products from my Etsy shop, as they take care of some of the legal requirements that I don't currently have the means to do.

Returns & Exchanges

I craft every print and card myself with love, care and attention to detail, I want you to love it as much as I have loved creating it. If you are not happy with your order or any part of your experience please get in touch as I will always do anything and everything I can to help. Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.
