We used Jennifer’s work for a pregnancy announcement we were hoping to do on Xmas eve. Unfortunately, through no fault of her own, the products didn’t arrive. Despite us asking for them to be designed, printed and sent so close to Xmas, Jen acted so effectively and had them sent to us immediately within 24 hours.
Through the fault of Royal Mail, the cards ended up in the USA instead of Ireland. On arrival, 3 weeks later, the cards were no good to us. However, Jennifer went above and beyond to ensure we received a refund for the cards. What’s more is, we were blown away by the quality of the cards when they finally arrived.
She was so helpful, easy to deal with, efficient, excellent quality of work and she really goes the extra mile for her customers. I will 100% order from this lady in the future. Definite value for money. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Huge thank you x

What an absolutely, fabulous service Jennifer delivers. Beautiful, custom-made card. Fabulous communication, quick delivery and beautifully presented with a handwritten note. Absolutely thrilled with the wife to be card. It looks amazing and has a certain something you just don't get with an off the shelf card. It's such a significant and special day, and giving my wife a bespoke, handmade card was a special touch that was really appreciated. Dealing with Jennifer was an absolute pleasure.
