This modern nursery print or children’s bedroom print features the phrase ‘She is sunshine mixed with a little hurricane’ elegantly designed in a selection of beautiful, muted colour palettes. If you have a little boy who is ‘Sunshine mixed with a little hurricane’ it can also be changed to ‘he’, just include a note on your order.

As a parent of two myself, I found it difficult to find nursery prints that weren’t too childish and that would be long lasting, as I didn’t want to have to update the nursery décor regularly. By combining wonderful wording, a classic typeface and a meticulously selected colour palette, the result is a timeless print that won’t date as your child grows, but will be one that they will treasure for years to come.

I have two girls who both love pink, despite my best efforts to fight gender stereotypes, so within the colour schemes I have included colour palettes that feature pink and blue, but there are also more gender neutral options. The ‘Forest’ palette is a selection of lovely green tones and the ‘Rust’ version includes a refined orange and a soft mustard.

This print is part of a collection of childrens’ prints, which all feature exquisitely designed quotes, so that you can display one print alone or mix it with other prints from my children’s collection to create a feature in your child’s bedroom or playroom.
