Hakuna Matata Jungle Print

This Hakuna Matata jungle print features bold typography on a bed of beautiful botanical leaves. All of the leaves were originally created using watercolours, a time consuming process, but which gives depth and a feeling of delicacy.

Although this print works wonderfully well as a jungle nursery print, please don’t feel too guilty if you decide to keep it for yourself and not to share it with the kids! This print will look amazing in any room of the house and why should the kids get all the best stuff?

The leaves have been layered and combined with luxurious gold elements, soft ink washes and splashes. The combination of the green leaves with the gold elements add a touch of grown-up glamour and decadence to this well known phrase.

Towards the bottom of this print in a delicate gold handwritten style typeface are the words ‘it means no worries’ just in case there is anyone on the planet who doesn’t know what Hakuna Matata means. Are you singing it out loud yet?

This print works exceptionally well when combined with other prints from my botanical collection. If you do decide to go with a jungle theme in the nursery or children’s room the Hakuna Matata print pairs particularly well with the Safari Animals Initial Print.
