Wedding Terms and Conditions

Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions before placing your order.  If you have any questions please get in touch.

Process and Payment

When you have placed your order on the website and payment has been taken, a form will be sent to the email address you have supplied within 3 working days. This form is used to collect and confirm your colour choices and the wording for each of your stationery elements.

Please ensure that the wording you supply in the form is written exactly how you would like it to be printed.


Once you have completed this form in full and returned it work will begin on your stationery suite. Work cannot commence until the form has been returned, delays here will delay the entire process. Please allow between three and ten working days to receive your customised stationery suite mock up via email.

Once the final proof has been approved, your stationery will be delivered within 2-6 weeks depending on the print method and finishing touches –you will be given a more precise timescale once the design has been approved.

Every effort will be made to ensure that your order is processed and sent as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, these timings may change due to circumstances beyond our control, but you will be kept updated every step of the way.

Approving Your Proof

After your stationery suite proof has been sent, you are able to make any minor amends required. Three sets of amends are included within the price, any more will be charged at £20 per proof.

Changing the suite, colour, paper etc may be classed as a separate project and will be charged accordingly at a rate of £30 per hour.  

You are responsible for checking all of the details on your stationery proofs including layout, spelling, grammar, size, colour etc before approving. Asking a friend or family member to check and printing them using the ‘actual size’ option on your home printer is recommended.

Jennifer Tune will not take responsibility for any errors on your stationery once you have approved them. If replacements are required after approval of a final proof they will be charged in full.   

Design Edits

The semi-custom wedding stationery collections have been created to give you a design to base your invitations on, you are able to change the wording, the colour of the paper, foil, print, envelopes and you can purchase additional elements to enhance your stationery.

The design of each suite has been carefully thought out and designed intentionally and amends to the design are not encouraged. If you would like to request a design change please do this before placing your order as design changes are made at the designers discretion and may be denied or incur an additional fee.


The way that colour is produced on screen and in print is very different and therefore the colours you see when you view your proof on screen may appear very differently in person once they are printed. Printing on a home printer will also not be an accurate representation of items printed on a commercial printer.

Ordering a sample is the best way to get the most accurate representation of how your invitations will look, but due to the variables in printing an exact replica can not be guaranteed. 

Printing may be done in house or by a trusted print partner, large scale items are always printed externally. Colour may vary depending on the material printed on and the printer. Hot foil invitations are printed by hand and slight variations and irregularities do occur in this process.

Once your order has been received back from the printers, it will be inspected and counted. Invitation suite assembly is an extra and unless you have requested and paid for this your invitations will not be assembled. 

Postage and Packaging

To minimise waste and the effect to the environment Jennifer Tune re-uses packaging wherever possible.

All orders will be sent via recorded delivery or a courier with insurance. However, Jennifer Tune is not responsible for any delays or for any delivery issues caused by client error - including incorrect delivery addresses supplied, or deliveries signed for by neighbours and/or left in ‘safe spaces’. Please ensure someone will be able to sign for your stationery.

Copyright and Promotion

All stationery, artwork and designs are the copyright of Jennifer Tune. All rights reserved and they may not be reproduced in any form without the prior written permission of Jennifer Tune. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued.

Jennifer Tune reserves the right to share photos of final invitation suites and other designed goods, including sharing photos on social media, website and also copies in sample packs. However, if you would prefer your stationery not to be shared please let me know.


If you have any problems throughout the process do please let me know and I will do my best to help. Please check all stationery upon receipt. Although extremely rare, any damage or miscounted stationery must be highlighted within three days of delivery.

Refunds or Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are based upon the amount of work that has been undertaken and will be decided at the discretion of Jennifer Tune. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing by email to

If you cancel the order before you receive the details form then a 100% refund will be given. A 90% refund will be given if a cancellation request is not received until after the form has been sent.

If a cancellation request is received after any design work has been completed then only 50% of the total price will be refunded.   

Cancellations or changes once an order has been sent to print will not be eligible for a refund.
